First of all, I’m Kevin98059, the founder of Club Penguin Icicle Awards! I came up with the idea of the CPIA when I took a break from my main site, http://kevin98059.wordpress.com/. I was thinking of making an award site, when the idea of Icicles as awards came into thought, so I made the CPIA as it is today.
